Abstract: In a surface of this grain-oriented magnetic steel plate, a ratio (a groove presence ratio), of a total length of magnetic-domain control processing lines aligned in a rolling direction and forming an angle of 0° to 45° with respect to a rolling perpendicular direction, occupied by a section (a groove formation line) where a groove having a depth of 5 µm to 50 µm and a width of 10 µm to 300 µm is present, is equal to or greater than 50% in a first region, which is a region where a ß angle is equal to or less than 1°, the ß angle being a deviation angle from a crystal grain Goss orientation around the axis of the rolling perpendicular direction. The groove presence ratio is less than 50% in a second region, which is a region where the ß angle is greater than 2°.
