Grinding Roller, Solid Fuel Grinding Device, And Grinding Roller Production Method

Abstract: A grinding roller (13) comprises: a support section rotatably supported by a housing; and a circular roller section (49) that is fixed to the support section and grinds the solid fuel between the rolling section and a grinding table. The roller section (49) has: a base (51) fixed to a journal housing (48); and a ceramic section (52) provided in the outer circumferential surface of the base (51), having a different coefficient of linear expansion from the base (51), and having better abrasion resistance than the base (51). A boundary plane (53), between the base (51) and the ceramic section (52) in a cross-section when the roller section (49) is cut along a plane that extends in the center axis of rotation, has a curved section (53a) that curves so as to protrude in the outer circumferential surface (49a) direction of the roller section (49) further on an end surface (13b) side near the maximum abrasion point (P1) than the maximum abrasion point (P1), said maximum abrasion point being the point most likely to be abraded on the outer circumferential surface (49a) of the roller section (49).
