Abstract: A metal-terminal adhesive film interposed between a metal terminal that is electrically connected to an electrode of a power storage device element and a power-storage-device exterior material that seals the power storage device element, wherein the surface of at least one side of the metal-terminal adhesive film is formed by a resin including at least three types of structural units, and the resin has a melting peak temperature of at least 170°C.
