Abstract: The present invention relates to: a positive electrode for a lithium secondary battery, the positive electrode comprising a positive electrode current collector and a positive electrode active material layer that is formed on at least one surface of the positive electrode current collector and includes a positive electrode active material, wherein the pore volume of the positive electrode active material layer is 7.0×10-3 cm3/g to 8.0×10-3 cm3/g; and a method for manufacturing the positive electrode.
