The die (22) includes a curved section (51) disposed at the punch (24)-side end, and a flat section (52) which is continuously connected to the curved section from the opposite direction of a punch (24) side and abuts on the steel plate (21), wherein, when the distance from the center of the feed roll (60) to a die (22)-side end surface of the punch (24) along the conveyance direction (25) of the steel plate (21) is L mm, the diameter of the feed roll (60) is R mm, the pressure that is applied by the feed roll (60) to the steel plate (21) is pMPa, and a temperature is T °C at a position 20 mm away from the boundary between the curved part (51) and the flat part (52) in the opposite direction to the conveyance direction (25), a prescribed equation is satisfied.
