Alloyed Hot Dip Galvanized Steel Sheet

Abstract: Disclosed is an alloyed hot-dip galvanized steel sheet which has excellent appearance and has excellent moldability when press-molded. This alloyed hot-dip galvanized steel sheet comprises a base material steel plate having a prescribed chemical composition. If the base material steel plate has a chemical composition containing, in mass%, 0.01-1.30% Mn, the relationships represented by prescribed formulas (1) and (3) are satisfied, and if the base material steel plate has a chemical composition containing, in mass%, 1.70-2.00% Mn, the relationships represented by prescribed formulas (2) and (3) are satisfied. The amounts of Mn, P, S, Ti, and Nb detected in extraction residue of the base material steel sheet satisfy the relationship represented by prescribed formula (4), and the average grain size of the base material steel sheet is 7.5 µm or less.
