Decorative Panel, Method For Manufacturing Same, And Transfer Sheet

Abstract: The purpose of the present invention is to provide: a decorative panel that can suppress decreases in adhesion between layers over time and that has excellent weather resistance; a method for manufacturing the decorative panel; and a transfer sheet. The present invention is a method for manufacturing a decorative sheet, comprising steps (1) through (4) and also a step (5) which is performed after the steps (1) through (4). (1) A step in which a first layered body is obtained by layering a decorative base paper and a core paper in that order onto an adhesive layer side of a transfer sheet, with a surface protection layer serving as a reference. The transfer sheet comprises, in the order given: a mold-releasable support body; the surface protection layer that includes a first ultraviolet absorber; and the adhesive layer. (2) A step in which the decorative base paper is impregnated with an uncured first curing resin. (3) A step in which the core paper is impregnated with an uncured first curing resin. (4) A step in which the uncured first curing resin is cured by heating and compressing the first layered body. (5) A step in which the mold-releasable support body is peeled away from the first layered body to obtain a decorative panel that comprises the surface protection layer, the adhesive layer, the decorative base paper, and the core paper in that order.
