Electrode Marking Device And Roll Map Creation System

Abstract: The present invention relates to a marking device for an electrode moving between an unwinder and a rewinder. The marking device comprises: a position measurer for acquiring, as a coordinate value in the electrode lengthwise direction, the position of an electrode according to the rotation amount of an unwinder or a rewinder; at least one defect inspector which inspects the electrode so as to specify a defective portion, and which is connected to the position measurer so as to obtain a coordinate value of the defective portion in the electrode lengthwise direction; a marking device provided at the back of the defect inspector in the electrode moving direction; and a control unit, which compares a real-time relative position value of the marking device for a moving electrode to the coordinate value of the defective portion, so as to determine whether to perform marking, wherein the marking device marks the defective portion on the electrode according to a defect marking signal from the control unit. The present invention also provides a roll map creation system using the electrode marking device.
