Abstract: The present invention relates to a polybutyleneadipate terephthalate resin composition, and a method for preparing same. The polybutyleneadipate terephthalate resin composition includes a polybutyleneadipate terephthalate resin, a chain extender, and a gel reducer, and suppresses gel formation, thus being excellent in terms of mechanical properties and external appearance.
