All Solid State Battery And Manufacturing Method Therefor

Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an all-solid-state battery, comprising the steps of: preparing a first electrode bending substrate comprising a plurality of first electrodes spaced apart from each other in the width direction on a current collector, a single-sided electrode in which a first electrode active material is applied to only one side of the current collector and which is formed at a one-side end portion of the current collector, and electrodes, that exclude the single-sided electrode, being double-sided electrodes in which electrode active materials of the same polarity are applied to both sides of the current collector; preparing a second electrode bending substrate comprising a plurality of second electrodes spaced apart from each other in the width direction on a current collector, a single-sided electrode in which a second electrode active material is applied to only one side of the current collector and which is formed at a one-side end portion of the current collector, and electrodes, that exclude the single-sided electrode, being double-sided electrodes in which electrode active materials of the same polarity are applied to both sides of the current collector; overlapping the double-sided electrodes of the one-side end portion of the second electrode bending substrate on the single-sided electrode of the one-side end portion of the first electrode bending substrate, and then alternately folding the first electrode bending substrate and the second electrode bending substrate, thereby manufacturing an electrode stack such that first electrodes and second electrodes are alternately stacked; and pressurizing the outermost side of the electrode stack at a high temperature, wherein a solid electrolyte layer for covering all of the electrodes is formed in the first electrode bending substrate and/or the second electrode bending substrate, and thus the first electrodes and the second electrodes are prevented from coming in contact with each other.
