Abstract: The present invention relates to an absorbent body, and a hygiene article comprising same, which can be made thinner due to super absorbent polymer particles being suitably fixed inside the absorbent body and hygiene article without using pulp, the absorbent body exhibiting excellent shape retention even after water absorption.
