Fire Resistant Cable And Battery Pack Including Same

Abstract: A fire-resistant cable of the present invention comprises: a cable core; a refractory silicon coating layer which covers the cable core except for both ends thereof and is ceramized at a high temperature to support the cable core; and a metal case in which the cable core and the refractory silicon coating layer are accommodated and which has openings at both sides thereof, both ends of the cable core being led out of the metal case through the openings. In addition, the present invention provides a battery pack including the fire-resistant cable.
