Abstract: The present invention relates to an anode for a lithium secondary battery and a method for manufacturing same. The anode has a structure in which a first anode active layer and a second anode active layer are sequentially stacked on a anode current collector, and by controlling the carbon-based active material orientation index (O.I) of the second anode active layer to be smaller than that of the first anode active layer, and providing pores of the second anode active layer at a low ratio, a flow path through which an electrolyte solution can move can be retained within the anode active layers even after a rolling process of the anode active layers, thereby achieving high wettability with the electrolyte solution and high energy density.
