Abstract: A mask according to the present invention comprises: a first layer which comprises a first surface, a second surface that is positioned on the reverse side of the first surface, at least one first opening that penetrates the first layer from the first surface to the second surface, and a first wall surface that faces the first opening; a second layer which comprises a third surface that faces the second surface, a fourth surface that is positioned on the reverse side of the third surface, and a plurality of second openings that penetrate the second layer from the third surface to the fourth surface, while overlapping with the first opening when viewed in plan; and a first intermediate layer which is positioned at least between the second surface and the third surface. The first layer contains a silicone. The second layer contains a resin material. The first wall surface comprises a plurality of recessed parts that are aligned in the thickness direction of the first layer.
