Cylindrical Secondary Battery, And Battery Pack And Vehicle Including Same
Abstract: The present invention relates to a cylindrical secondary battery including an insulation gasket interposed between a housing and a terminal. The insulation gasket included in the cylindrical secondary battery of the present invention may include a predetermined polymer resin and a predetermined flame-retardant additive, thereby improving the safety of the cylindrical secondary battery. Particularly, the present invention can prevent chain ignition or explosion by blocking shorting (shorts) between a positive electrode and a negative electrode even after ignition or explosion has already occurred.
