High Ion Conductivity Solid Electrolyte Membrane, Manufacturing Method Therefor And All Solid State Battery Comprising Same

Abstract: The present invention relates to a solid electrolyte membrane, a manufacturing method therefor and an all-solid-state battery comprising same, and, more specifically, in the solid electrolyte membrane, a slurry comprising a sulfide-based and/or halide-based solid electrolyte, a binder and a solvent is applied onto a substrate, and then same is dried and pressed, the pressing being performed at a temperature equal to or higher than the glass transition temperature (Tg) of the binder so as to increase the packing density of the solid electrolyte membrane such that ion conductivity can be improved.
