Patient Gas Delivery Systems And Methods
Abstract: A device arranged to be in fluid communication with a patient interface arranged to be in communication with an airway of a patient during respiratory therapy, the device comprising: an inlet for receiving a breathable gas from a respiratory apparatus; an outlet for conveying the breathable gas to the patient interface; a body portion extending between the inlet and the outlet, wherein the body portion includes a trigger port, and one or more sensors, wherein output of the one or more sensors is used to determine a status of the trigger port.
