Abstract: The present specification relates to an electrode assembly in which a positive electrode, a negative electrode, and a separator provided therebetween are stacked and wound, and also relates to a secondary battery, a battery pack, and a transportation means comprising the electrode assembly, wherein: the negative electrode comprises a negative electrode current collector and a negative electrode active material layer provided on at least one surface of the negative electrode current collector; the negative electrode comprises an uncoated negative electrode part, not having any negative electrode active material layer provided thereon, in one end portion near the winding core portion of the negative electrode current collector; the uncoated negative electrode part has a negative electrode tab provided thereon; in the winding core portion of the electrode assembly, the separator and the negative electrode extend beyond the lengthwise end of the positive electrode and are further wound; and, in a random circle of which the center is the winding core of the electrode assembly and the radius is the distance from the center of the circle to the lengthwise end of the positive electrode, the central angle of a minor arc from a lengthwise end of the positive electrode to a point of contact at which a tangential line of the random circle forms a right angle with a line extending from the winding start part of the negative electrode tab to a random point on the circumference of the random circle is greater than 0° and does not exceed 90°.
