Electrode Assembly, And Secondary Battery, Battery Pack, And Transportation Means Comprising Same

Abstract: Provided is an electrode assembly in which a positive electrode, a negative electrode, and a separator provided between the positive electrode and the negative electrode are stacked and wound, wherein the negative electrode includes a negative electrode current collector and a negative electrode active material layer provided on at least one surface of the negative electrode current collector, the negative electrode comprises a negative electrode holding portion having the negative electrode active material layer provided on the negative electrode current collector, and a negative electrode uncoated portion not having the negative electrode active material layer at one end of a winding core side of the negative electrode current collector, the separator and the negative electrode are, on the winding core side of the electrode assembly, extended longer than the longitudinal end of the positive electrode and are further wound, and in the winding direction from the winding core of the electrode assembly, the distance between a winding start point of the negative electrode holding portion and a winding start point of the positive electrode is more than two turn lengths.
