Apparatus And Method For Inspecting External Appearance Of Product
Abstract: A method for inspecting the external appearance of a product, according to an embodiment of the present invention, may comprise the steps of: acquiring and preprocessing an image by capturing the external appearance of a target object; extracting, within the preprocessed image, a region to be inspected and performing brightness correction on the extracted region to be inspected; extracting a defective candidate group from the image of which brightness has been corrected; performing image post-processing on the extracted defective candidate group; and determining, from the post-processed image, whether or not the target object is defective.
