Surface Treated Steel Plate And Method For Manufacturing Component

Abstract: Disclosed is a surface-treated steel plate having excellent weldability and corrosion resistance after electropainting. A surface-treated steel plate according to the present disclosure is characterized by including a plated steel plate including a Zn-containing plating layer and a surface-treated layer provided on at least one main surface of the plated steel plate, wherein the surface-treated layer includes at least a coating film serving as an outer layer, the coating film has an average film thickness of 0.5-5.0 µm, the coating film contains a binder resin, a rust inhibitor, and a conductive agent, and the binder resin contains a phenol resin with a crosslinking degree of 40-80%.
