Abstract: In the present invention, a base member (20) includes a bottom plate (21) and a side plate (23). In the bottom plate (21), a plurality of first capacitors (10) are arranged in a second direction that is an alignment direction. The side plate (23) is joined to an end of the bottom plate (21) in a third direction and disposed vertically from the bottom plate (21) in a first direction. A pair of fins of each of a plurality of fixing members (70) are attached to the side plate (23) so that the plurality of capacitors (10) are fixed to the base member (20). In the side plate (23), respective fixing members (70) of odd-numbered rows in the alignment direction are provided at the same position in the first direction. Respective fixing members (70) of even-numbered rows in the alignment direction are provided at the same position in the first direction, wherein, in the first direction, the positions of the fixing members (70) of the even-numbered rows are different from the positions of the fixing members (70) of the odd-numbered rows. Fins of two fixing members (70) adjacent to each other in the second direction are arranged side by side in the first direction.
