Abstract: The present invention relates to a nonaqueous electrolyte and a lithium secondary battery comprising same, the nonaqueous electrolyte comprising: an organic solvent comprising ethylene carbonate; a non-solvent; and a lithium salt, wherein A, a degree of freedom of ethylene carbonate, represented by formula (1), is less than or equal to 30 %. Formula (1): A = {Pfree-EC/ (Pfree-EC + PCoordination-EC)}×100 In formula 1, A represents a degree of freedom of ethylene carbonate, Pfree-EC represents an integrated area of a graph obtained by deconvolution of the Raman spectrum of the electrolyte with the Gaussian function on the basis of a 893cm-1 peak, and PCoordination-EC represents an integrated area of a graph obtained by deconvolution of the Raman spectrum of the electrolyte with the Gaussian function on the basis of a 903cm-1 peak.
