Abstract: The present invention relates to a heat absorption pack for a secondary battery module, and a secondary battery module comprising same. The heat absorption pack comprises a highly absorbent matrix having water impregnated inside a pouch, and has a structure in which a heat dissipation material is inserted between the highly absorbent matrix and the pouch. Therefore, when heat is generated inside the module, the heat absorption pack can absorb a large amount of adjacent heat, and thus can prevent rapid changes in the ambient temperature of a secondary battery if the heat absorption pack is provided in the secondary battery module. In addition, the highly absorbent matrix of the heat absorption pack is uniformly exposed to adjacent heat energy, and thus can prevent damage to the heat absorption pack due to heat generation inside the module. Therefore, the heat absorption pack can more stably control the temperature inside the module, and thus can improve the performance and stability of the secondary battery according to the ambient temperature.
