Abstract: The present invention relates to an electrode assembly with an electrode tab joining structure, and a secondary battery including same and, more specifically, to an electrode assembly with an electrode tab joining structure, and a secondary battery including the electrode assembly, wherein, in the electrode assembly including a resin current collector having a metal layer deposited on a polymer layer, electrode tabs in different shapes are alternately stacked to form a conductive structure, so that electron transfer in the electrode stacking direction is facilitated even with the presence of the polymer layer.
