Abstract: The present invention relates to a positive electrode, a method for manufacturing the positive electrode, and a lithium secondary battery comprising the positive electrode, wherein the positive electrode comprises a positive electrode active material layer comprising a positive electrode active material, and can satisfy expression 1. [Expression 1] 1.2 = I[003]/I[200] = 2.0, wherein, in expression 1, I[003] is an integral value of the maximum peak that appears in the range of 2?=17.0-19.0° when XRD measurement is performed on the surface of the positive electrode active material layer, and I[200] is an integral value of the maximum peak that appears in the range of 2?=43-45° when XRD measurement is performed on the surface of the positive electrode active material layer.
