Battery Module With Reinforced Safety

Abstract: Disclosed are a battery module and the like which have a structure improved to be able to enhance safety when a thermal event occurs within the battery module. The battery module according to an aspect of the present invention comprises: a module case forming an inner space; a plurality of battery cells accommodated in the inner space of the module case and arranged in at least one direction; and a guiding plate connected to at least one side surface of the module case and having an obliquely extending shape.
