Abstract: A battery module, according to the present invention, may comprise: a plurality of cell assemblies which comprise a plurality of battery cells; and a heat sink which is interposed between adjacent cell assemblies among the plurality of cell assemblies, is equipped therein with a plurality of refrigerant channel parts having a refrigerant flowing therein, and has both surfaces thereof, facing the cell assemblies, formed as flat surfaces.
