Abstract: A battery according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: an electrode assembly; a housing configured to receive the electrode assembly through an opening formed on one side thereof; a cap configured to cover the opening; and a frame that is coupled to the inner surface of the cap while at least partially spaced from the cap to form a first space, and comprises a gas passage portion configured to allow gas generated in a second space in which the electrode assembly is received to flow into the first space.
