Identification Mark Recognition Device, Identification Mark Recognition Method, And Secondary Battery Manufacturing Method

Abstract: The present invention relates to an identification mark recognition device and an identification mark recognition method which each have an improved recognition rate of an identification mark marked on an electrode tab. The identification mark recognition device according to the present invention may comprise: an identification mark reader for recognizing an identification mark marked on an electrode tab of a unit cell or an electrode assembly; an electrode tab pressing unit for pressing the electrode tab so that the identification mark reader is aligned vertically with one surface of the electrode tab marked with the identification mark; and a control unit for controlling the electrode tab pressing unit and the identification mark reader such that the identification mark reader recognizes the identification mark after pressing of the electrode tab pressing unit, wherein the electrode tap pressing unit is inclined to have a predetermined angle with respect to the unit cell or the electrode assembly. The present invention also provides a method for manufacturing a secondary battery by using the identification mark recognition device and the identification mark recognition method.
