Cylindrical Lithium Secondary Battery

Abstract: The present invention relates to a cylindrical lithium secondary battery comprising: a jelly-roll type electrode assembly in which a positive electrode plate, a negative electrode plate, and a separator interposed between the positive electrode plate and the negative electrode plate are wound in one direction; a battery can in which the electrode assembly is accommodated; an electrolyte injected into the battery can; and a sealing body that seals an open end of the battery can, wherein the electrolyte comprises a lithium salt, an organic solvent, and as additives, lithium difluorophosphate, vinylene carbonate, and 1,3-propane sultone, and satisfies formula (1) below.
