Specification

DESC:FIELD OF INVENTION:
[001] The present invention generally relates to a jig for manufacturing the circular frames of the submarine. More particularly, the present invention relates to a jig for welding of T-cross-section of circular frames of the submarine, which ensures the integration of web and flange elements while preventing distortion during welding.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION:
[002] In the construction of submarines, the structural integrity of circular frames, composed of web and flange elements, is crucial for overall performance and safety. These frames, forming the backbone of a submarine's structure, must meet stringent dimensional and circularity requirements to ensure optimal performance and safety in demanding underwater environments.

[003] Traditional manufacturing processes for submarine frames, especially those involving manual welding, often encounter challenges related to distortion during the welding and integration of web and flange elements. This distortion is especially noticeable when dealing with thin sections, where exact alignment is required to achieve stringent dimensions. The distortion not only affects the circularity of the frames but also necessitates time-consuming mechanical rectification processes post-welding.

[004] KR20130001397U describes a jig device for manufacturing a structural reinforcing ring of the ship to facilitate the production of the structural reinforcing ring of the ship, the jig device for manufacturing a structural reinforcing ring of the ship of the present invention, a jig device for manufacturing a structural reinforcing ring of the ship, a plurality of guide members are arranged to be divided radially at equal angle intervals; The guide member includes a plurality of fixing holes formed at positions corresponding to the outer diameter of each structural reinforcing ring so that the web segments are arranged in a circular shape according to the size of the structural reinforcing ring to be manufactured.
[005] The aforementioned prior art facilitates the positioning of web segments in a circular shape, it does not provide the level of precision and control required for high-precision fabrication, particularly in ensuring precise alignment and welding of web and flange elements and not effectively prevent distortion during the welding process, especially in thin sections commonly used in submarine frame construction.

[006] Therefore, there is a need for specialized manufacturing jig which enhances the precision and efficiency of submarine frame manufacturing.

SUMMARY OF INVENTION:
[007] The present invention pertains to a jig designed for the high-precision manual fabrication of T-cross-section of circular frames for small submarines and facilitates the integration of web and flange elements while preventing distortion during welding.

[008] The main object of the present invention is to provide a jig for manufacturing circular frames that prevent distortion in any direction during the welding process.

[009] Another object of the present invention is to provide a jig for manufacturing circular frames that maintain the circularity and structural integrity of the frames without the need for extensive post-welding rectification.

[010] Yet another object of the present invention is to provide a jig for manufacturing circular frames that facilitate the seamless integration of web and flange elements during the manufacturing process.
