Abstract: The present invention (100) is designed to manage and limit the time CU (300) can spend on individual mobile applications, particularly targeting students who excessively use gaming/social media apps. This app (100) utilizes facial recognition technology to assign a unique time limit to each app for each user face. Upon installation, the app (100) prompts PU (200) to set limits for each app, the app (100) scans CUs (300) face to verify their identity. If the user is recognised and the allotted time for the app has not been exceeded, access is granted. However, if the CU (300) surpasses the allotted time, access to the app is automatically blocked until the next 24 hours, promoting responsible app usage. The app provides a user friendly interface for setting and modifying time limits, as well as for viewing usage statistics and reports. PU (200) can use the app to monitor and manage their CU’s (300) app usage, ensuring a healthy balance between screen time and other activities. Additionally, the app (100) includes features such as notification alerts and customisable settings, enhancing user experience and encouraging compliance with the set time limits. Overall, the present invention (100) offers a novel and effective solution for managing app usage time, promoting healthier digital habits, and improving overall well-being

PREAMBLE TO THE DESCR1PTION:-
THE FOLLOWING SPECIFICATION PARTICULARLY DESCRIBES THE NATURE OF THE INVENTION AND THE MANNER IN WHICH IS TO BE PERFORMED
COMPLETE FIELD OF INVENTION
Existing Technology:
Health is of utmost importance to us. Existing solutions for managing app usage include screen time management apps and Parental controls features. However, these solutions often rely on manual settings and the user can easily break the same. The present invention (100) completely automates the same process. The present available applications may have limitations in accurately identifying users in certain conditions, such as low light or when the users face is partially obscured. Additionally, the app (100) may not be effective if multiple users share the same mobile device and have similar faces (twins etc).
BACKGROUND OF INVENTION
Healthcare system is the backbone of the economy. Excessive use of mobile applications, particularly games, social media, entertainment media etc can negatively impact students (300) academic performance and overall well-being when used in excessive manner. Present solutions such as screen time management applications often rely on manual settings which can easily be bypassed by a smart user (300). GPS based tracking in an efficient way is also lacking in today's system which needs a proper system and format. Illegal payments by today's kids is surpassing in graphs. All the above said problems can be solved with the proposed invention.
OBJECT OF THE INVENTION
1. The primary object of the present invention (100) is to provide a novel solution for managing and restricting access to mobile applications, particularly targeting children (300) who are engaged in excessive gaming or app usage.
2. Secondary object is to develop an algorithm which can be easily operated by a parental user (200) to restrict time on child's phone.
3. Another object is to create a user interface which can only be uninstalled by parental user (200).
4. And yet another object of the invention is to provide the parental user /child user the statistical information related to stress level and its effects on physical and mental health.
SUMMARY OF INVENTION
The present invention (100) is designed to regulate access to mobile applications by implementing timers assigned to each app for unique facial profiles. Parental Users (200) can set time limits (204) for individual apps, and once the allotted time expires (302). access to the app is automatically restricted. The app utilizes facial recognition technology to identify users and enforce access restrictions based on predefined settings. Key features include personalized app timers, real-time monitoring of usage, real-time GPS tracking, illegal payment restrictions and notifications for users and guardians.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION
The present invention is designed to run on mobile devices and comprises several key components:
1) User Interface: The app includes a user-friendly interface that allows users to set time limits for individual apps. Users can select the apps they want to limit and assign specific time durations to each app.
2) Timer Module: The app (100) includes a timer module that tracks the usage time of each app of each user. Once the allotted time for the app is reached, the app (100) is locked and the user is prevented from accessing it until next 24 hours.
3) Notification system: If the user (300) exceeds the allotted time for an app, the app sends a notification to the user informing them that the time limit has been reached. The user is then promoted to either stop using the app (100) or request additional time.
4) Usage reports: The app (100) can generate usage reports that provide detailed information about the time spent on each app. These reports can be used by parents (200), teachers (201) or user themselves to monitor app usage and identify potential issues
5) Settings: The app (100) includes settings that allow users to customise their experience. PU (200) can adjust time limits, enable or disable facial recognition and manage other app preferences
Thus the invention provides a comprehensive solution for managing app usage time particularly for students who may be prone to spending extensive time on gaming and social media apps. By using facial recognition technology to automate the process, the app (100) offers more effective and user friendly approach to promoting healthier digital habits.
FIGURE 3: DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF BLOCK DIAGRAM
IC block diagram indicates basic flow structure of innocence care app (100) according to which Parental User (200) will have full command/authority to control the CU (300) :-
1) After opening Innocence Care App (100) two options will be indicated, one for parental user (200) and one for child user (300).
2) As a Parental User (200) account can be created by clicking on join as a parent (201)
3) Following with child user face recognition (203) done by a parental user (200).
4) After face recognition all limits and access (204) can be monitored including specific access (205).
5) Also timer setting with blocking of apps (206) is included in our system
6) As a child user (300) he\she will be using the phone in "'join as a child(30l) format. And automatically after restricted time is over .the mobile apps will not operate until next day.
7) If in case the child user (300) has the first-hand on the app and it isn't registered by the parent yet then "Already registered"" prompt will popup if yes the CU (300) is free to use mobile and if no then CU (300) will automatically will be sent to the home page.
