Optiprime Generator And Its Method Thereof

Abstract: OPTIPRIME GENERATOR AND ITS METHOD THEREOF The Optiprime Generator system (100) is an advanced power generation solution designed to optimize energy efficiency and reduce emissions. It features at least two fossil fuel-driven generators (12) capable of operating either individually or in synchronization, allowing for flexible power distribution based on demand. A control panel with generator controllers and synchronizers (14) manages power distribution and load sharing, while an auxiliary battery (16) supports generator operations. The system includes an auxiliary load connection (22) for AC power supply. A key component is the integrated Waste Heat Recovery System (WHRS) (24), which captures exhaust heat and repurposes it for water or ambient heating (26). This configuration enables the system to automatically adjust generator operation according to load demand, thereby enhancing fuel efficiency and minimizing environmental impact. Figure 1
