Abstract: AUTOMATIC DROP HEAD DISENGAGEMENT MECHANISM The present invention is related to a device (100) to uphold a plurality of concrete slab panels (102-1, 102-2,102-3). The device (100) comprises a support unit (104), 5 a plurality of drop heads (108-1,108-2), a drop mechanism (114) and a control unit. The plurality of drop heads (108-1,108-2) are configured to provide support to the plurality of concrete slab panels (102-1, 102-2,102-3). The drop mechanism (114) is configured to rotate the plurality of drop heads (108-1,108-2) around the hinged joint (112). The control unit is coupled with the plurality of drop heads (108-1,108- 10 2) and the drop mechanism (114). The control unit is configured to monitor real time stages of concrete solidification using a sensor and activate the drop mechanism (114) once concreate is hardened
We claim:
1. A device (100) to uphold a plurality of concrete slab panels (102-1, 102-
2,102-3), wherein the device (100) comprises:
a support unit (104), wherein the support unit (104) comprises:
5 a shank (106), wherein the shank (106) is a rod like structure,
wherein the length of the shank (106) is adjustable;
a plurality of drop heads (108-1,108-2), wherein the plurality of
drop heads (108-1,108-2) are coupled at a first end (110) of the
shank (106) with a hinged joint (112), wherein the plurality of drop
10 heads (108-1,108-2) are configured to provide support to the
plurality of concrete slab panels (102-1, 102-2,102-3);
a drop mechanism (114), wherein the drop mechanism (114) is
coupled with the shank (106) and the plurality of drop heads ((108-
1,108-2), wherein the drop mechanism (114) is configured to rotate
15 the plurality of drop heads (108-1,108-2) around the hinged joint
(112);
a control unit, coupled with the plurality of drop heads (108-1,108-
2) and the drop mechanism (114), wherein the control unit is
configured to monitor real time stages of concrete solidification
20 using a sensor and activate the drop mechanism (114) once
concreate is hardened.
2. The device (100) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the drop mechanism (114)
further comprises a locking mechanism, wherein the locking mechanism is
25 configured to lock the position of the plurality of the drop heads (108-1,108-
2) during concreate curing process.

3. The device (100) as claimed in claim 1, wherein during operation of making
concreate slab in the first stage the plurality of support unit (104) are
disposed on the floor at the predefined distance, wherein in the second stage
the plurality of the concrete slab panels (102-1, 102-2,102-3) are uphold on
5 the plurality of support unit (104) with the help of plurality of drop heads
(108-1,108-2), wherein in the third stage the liquefied concrete is poured in
