Abstract: A WALL SHOE WITH VARIABLE GUIDEWAYS The present invention is related to a wall shoe (100) for self-climbing platform (SCP). The wall shoe (100) comprises a shoe frame (114), a shaft (104) and a 5 pair of guideways (102-1,102-2). ). The shoe frame (114) is a solid structure. The shoe frame (120) is mounted on a construction wall with the help of a plurality of fasteners. The pair of guideways (102-1,102-2) are configured to provide the support to a guiderails of a self-climbing platform. The pair of guideways (102-1,102-2) is configured to extend or retract relative to the self10 climbing platform. The motion of the pair of guiderails (102-1,102-2) is configured to maintain the correct position and balance on inclined surfaces.During operation, the pair of guideways (102-1,102-2) are configured to move linearly in the pair of openings (116-1,116-2) and pair of holes (128- 1,128-2) with the help of the pair of racks (108-1,108-2) and the pair of pinions 15 (110-1,110-2).

We claim:
1. A wall shoe (100) for self-climbing platform (SCP), wherein the wall shoe
(100) comprises:
a shoe frame (114), wherein the shoe frame (114) is a solid

construction wall with the help of a plurality of fasteners, wherein
shoe frame (114) comprises:
a back plate (120);
a pair of vertical plates (126-1,126-2), wherein the pair of
10 vertical plates (126-1,126-2) is a flat structure with a pair
of openings (116-1,116-2), wherein the pair of vertical
plates (126-1,126-2) comprises:
a pair of racks (108-1,108-2), wherein the pair of
racks (108-1 108-2) are coupled at the inner sides of
15 the pair of vertical plates (126-1,126-2); and
a horizontal plate (122), wherein the horizontal plates
(122) is a flat plate structure with a pair of holes (128-
1,128-2);
a shaft (104), wherein the shaft (104) is disposed in the pair of
20 openings (116-1,116-2), wherein the shaft (104) comprises:
a pair of pinions (110-1,110-2), wherein the pair of pinions
(110-1,110-2) are coupled at the both ends of the shaft
(104), wherein the pair of pinions (110-1,110-2) are
disposed on the pair of racks (108-1,108-2) ;
25 a pair of guideways (102-1,102-2), wherein the pair of guideways
(106-1,106-2) is a C shaped structure, wherein the pair of
guideways (102-1,102-2) are hinged joint in the pair of holes (128-
1,128-2) with help of a pair of guide pin (112-1,112-2), wherein the

pair of guideways are mounted on the shaft (104) with the help of
a pair of support pins (106-1,106-2); and
Wherein during operation, the pair of guideways (102-1,102-2) are
configured to move linearly in the pair of openings (116-1,116-2)
5 and pair of holes (128-1,128-2) with the help of the pair of racks
(108-1,108-2) and the pair of pinions (110-1,110-2).
2. The wall shoe (100) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the wall shoe (100)
further comprises an electric actuator, wherein the electric actuator is
coupled with the shaft (104), wherein the electric actuator is configured to
10 rotate the pair of pinions (110-1,110-2), wherein the pair of racks (108-
1,108-2) converts rotation motion of the pair of pinions (110-1,110-2) into
the linear motion of the pair of guideways (102-1,102-2).
3. The wall shoe (100) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the wall shoe (100)
15 further comprises a sensor, wherein the sensor is configured to detect angle
of the construction wall, wherein the sensor is connected with the electric
actuator, wherein the sensor is configured to detect the angle of the wall in
real time and adjust the position of the pair of guideways (102-1,102-2) at
the time of ascending and descending operation.

4. The wall shoe (100) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the pair of guideways
(102-1,102-2) are configured to provide the support to a guiderails of a selfclimbing platform.
25 5. The wall shoe (100) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the shape of the pair of
openings (116-1,116-2) and the pair of holes (128-1,128-2) is a rectangular
with the fillet at the internal edges.
6. The wall shoe (100) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the pair of guideways
30 (102-1,102-2) is configured to extend or retract relative to the self-climbing

platform, wherein the motion of the pair of guiderails (102-1,102-2) is
configured to maintain the correct position and balance on inclined surfaces.
7. The wall shoe (100) as claimed in claim 1, wherein wall shoe (100) further
5 comprises a lever, wherein the lever is configured to rotate the shaft for
adjusting the pair of guideways (102-1,102-2) manually at the time of
emergency.
