The system for generating motion graphics (100) comprises a database (200) storing motion graphics templates, animations, typography, and audio-visual elements, with a processor (301) capable of receiving user-specific data (402) from the user profile and executing instructions via an access device (401). The processor (301) automatically inserts the user-specific data (402) into selected motion graphics from the database (200), with a graphics processor (302) rendering the motion graphics and adjusting resolution based on the access device's (401) specifications. The following specification particularly describes the invention and the manner in which it is to be performed.


This application is the patent of addition of Indian patent application 202021048975 filed on 10th November 2020.

FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The present invention related to a system for generating motion graphics and method thereof. More particularly, it is system for generating user preference based motion graphics and the method of generating the user preference based motion graphics.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

In the ever-evolving landscape of the digital age, small-scale enterprises face the daunting challenge of staying relevant amidst fierce competition and rapidly changing consumer preferences. In this context, the utilization of motion graphics emerges as a crucial tool for small-scale enterprises to not only survive but thrive in the digital marketplace. Motion graphics, with its dynamic visual storytelling capabilities, offer unparalleled opportunities for enterprises to engage and captivate audiences in a fast-paced online environment.

The digital revolution has transformed the way enterprises operate and interact with consumers. With the advent of social media, e-commerce platforms, and digital marketing channels, the demand for visually appealing content has skyrocketed. However, for small-scale industries with limited resources and budget constraints, the creation of high-quality visual content poses a significant challenge. Motion graphics present a compelling solution to this challenge by offering a cost-effective means of creating engaging and impactful visual content. Unlike traditional forms of advertising, such as print media or television commercials, motion graphics allow enterprises to convey complex messages and ideas in a concise and visually compelling manner. By leveraging animation, typography, and audio-visual elements, motion graphics enable small-scale industries to communicate their brand identity, product features, and value proposition effectively. Furthermore, where attention spans are increasingly fleeting, motion graphics have emerged as a powerful tool for capturing audience attention and driving engagement.

One such invention is disclosed in Patent “US11328030B2” titled - Systems and methods of generating or updating a design based on a universal resource locator (URL). An apparatus includes a network interface and one or more processors. The network interface is configured to receive a request from a client device. The request includes a universal resource locator (URL). The one or more processors are configured, responsive to receiving the request, to identify a design template based on the URL, to generate a design based on the design template, and to generate design data by parsing the URL. The one or more processors are also configured to send, via the network interface, the design and the design data to the client device to cause display of an updated version of the design by applying the design data to the design. The one or more processors are further configured to receive the updated version of the design via the network interface from the client device.

Conventional solutions for creating motion graphics typically require users to possess a fundamental understanding of design principles to effectively utilize the software. Moreover, these solutions often demand systems with substantial processing power to generate complex animations smoothly. Additionally, users may be required to install specific software applications, which often come with significant licensing fees, further adding to the barriers to entry for generation of cost effective motion graphics. As a result, access to these tools and the ability to leverage them proficiently can be limited to individuals or organizations with the requisite technical expertise and financial resources.

To overcome this problem, the inventors of present inventions came up with new invention which is a system for generating motion graphics. The system of the present invention makes it possible for any novice user to generate motion graphics, which can help them to stay relevant as well as advertise their product or services in a cost efficient method without the hassle of huge learning curve of design principles, which again can be a resources depleting activity and longer turn around durations.

OBJECT OF THE INVENTION

The principle object of present invention is to overcome the drawbacks and limitations associated with prior technology by providing a system for generating motion graphics.

Another object of the present invention is to provide a system for generating motion graphics that significantly reduces the time and effort users spend creating motion graphics for advertisement purposes. By streamlining the process and providing access to a wide range of templates and customization options, the system aims to optimize resource utilization and enhance productivity in motion graphics creation.

Yet another object of the present invention is to provide a system for generating motion graphics that doesn’t require superior computing power to generate motion graphics, such that users can create compelling motion graphics without the need for expensive hardware or extensive technical expertise.

Yet another object of the present invention is to provide a system for generating motion graphics that are personalized as per the user to align with their branding, messaging, and audience preferences.

Yet another object of the present invention is to provide a system for generating motion graphics that automatically integrates frequently used elements into the motion graphics.

Yet another object of the present invention is to provide a system for generating motion graphics which can suggest relevant content and streamline the customization process, ultimately saving users time and effort.

Yet another object of the present invention is to provide a system for generating motion graphics with a comprehensive solution to generate motion graphics along with various elements to make such motion graphics if needed.

Yet another object of the present invention is to provide a system for generating motion graphics which allows users to easily distribute their personalized motion graphics across various platforms or save them for future use. By providing integrated sharing and storage capabilities, the system enhances user convenience and accessibility.

Yet another object of the present invention is to provide a system for generating motion graphics that can allow the user to quickly find relevant elements and templates by using keywords search.

Yet another object of the present invention is to provide a system for generating motion graphics which can allow users to access the system and create motion graphics from any location with internet connectivity.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The main aspect of the present invention is to provide a system for generating motion graphics having a database of motion graphics templates, animations, typography, and audio-visual elements. The motion graphics templates can be blank motion graphics template or stock motion graphics templates. The database is stored in a plurality of memory unit. A processor being capable of receiving user-specific data from the user profile in the system. The processor being capable of executing instructions received from the user via access device, wherein the processor being capable of inserting the user-specific data automatically to the selected motion graphics from the database. The graphics processor is in a two-way communication with the processor being capable of rendering the motion graphics and adapting the resolution based on the specifications of an access device.

As per another aspect of the present invention is to provide a system for generating motion graphics that can automatically include user specific data in to the motion graphics.

As per another aspect of the present invention is to provide a system for generating motion graphics that can allow customization in the motion graphics templates by the user.

As per another aspect of the present invention is to provide a system for generating motion graphics that can allow sharing and storing of personalized motion graphics.

As per another aspect of the present invention is to provide a system for generating motion graphics that can allow user to import audio and visual elements from external sources.

As per another aspect of the present invention is to provide a system for generating motion graphics that can allow user to search templates within the database through keywords.

As per another aspect of the present invention is to provide a system for generating motion graphics that can allow user to search elements within the database through keywords.

As per another aspect of the present invention is to provide a system for generating motion graphics that can show the preferred templates listing based on previously designed templates.

As per another aspect of the present invention is to provide a system for generating motion graphics that can allow users to access the systems through cloud networking.

As per another aspect of the present invention is to provide a process for generating motion graphics. The process for generating motion graphics comprises the following steps:
a. searching the stock motion graphics with keyword search;
b. selecting the stock motion graphics template or blank motion graphics template from the database;
c. inserting the user specific data automatically to the selected motion graphics to make the motion graphics personalized;
d. customization of the personalized motion graphics in terms of animation, typography, audio and visual elements in real-time by the user in real-time via processor and graphics processor; said step can be skipped if no further customization is needed;
e. adapting resolution and rendering of the personalized motion graphics as per the specifications of the access device via the processor and the graphics processor;
f. Sharing the rendered personalized motion graphics by exporting the personalized motion graphics to the access device for storing or sharing directly to social media platforms.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF INVENTION

The present invention overcomes the aforesaid drawbacks of the above, and other objects, features and advantages of the present invention will now be described in greater detail. Also, the following description includes various specific details and are to be regarded as merely exemplary. Accordingly, those of ordinary skill in the art will recognize that: without departing from the scope of the present disclosure and its various embodiments there may be any number of changes and modifications described herein.

It must also be noted that as used herein and in the appended claims, the singular forms "a", "an," and "the" include plural references unless the context clearly dictates otherwise. Although any systems and methods similar or equivalent to those described herein can be used in the practice or testing of embodiments of the present invention, the preferred, systems and methods are now described.

Throughout the invention, stock motion graphics template is the motion graphics template that already has elements within its design.

Throughout the invention, blank motion graphics template is the motion graphics template that doesn’t have any elements within its design.

Throughout the invention, selected motion graphics template is the motion graphics template that is selected by the user from the motion graphics template database either stock or blank motion graphic template.

Throughout the invention, personalized motion graphics is the selected motion graphics which has user specified data inserted within its design.

Throughout the invention, access device is any device that is used by the user to access the user interface of the system.

Throughout the invention, element is any graphical content that is used in the generation of the motion graphics

As per the main embodiment of the present invention is to provide a system (100) for generating motion graphics comprising: a database (200) of motion graphics templates, animations, typography, and audio-visual elements; said motion graphics templates can be blank motion graphics template or stock motion graphics templates; said database (200) is stored in a plurality of memory unit (300); a processor (301) being capable of receiving a user specific data (402) from the user profile in the system (100); said processor (301) being capable of executing instructions received from a user (400) via an access device (401); wherein the processor (301) being capable of inserting the user specific data (402) automatically to the selected motion graphics from the database (200); a graphics processor (302) in two-way communication with the processor (301) being capable of rendering the motion graphics and adapting the resolution based on the specifications of the access device (401).

As per detailed embodiment of the present invention is to provide a system (100) for generating motion graphics, the process (301) with inputs from the graphics processor (302) being capable of inserting the user specific data (402) at pre-determined space within the selected motion graphics. The graphics processor (302) being capable of dynamically adjusting the dimensions of the elements selected from the user specific data (402) based upon the dimensions of the selected motion graphics.

As per detailed embodiment of the present invention is to provide a system (100) for generating motion graphics, the graphics processor (302) and the processor are in a two-way communication to process various processes of the system (100). The graphics processor (302) and the processor (301) being capable of rendering and adapting the resolution based on the specification of the access device (401). The system (100) uses information from the access device (401) to identify its computing power, and based on that information adapts the resolution of the motion graphics.

As per another embodiment of the present invention, the access device (401) can be any device used by the user (400) to access the user interface (304) of the system (100). The access device (401) can be but not limited to computers, laptops, smartphones, tablets, smart devices, graphics tablets.

As per another embodiment of the present invention is to provide the system (100) for generating motion graphics, wherein the user specific data (402) includes at least one of user name, user preferences, user location, user activity history, user demographic information, user contact information and user graphic symbol.

As per detailed embodiment of the present invention, the user specific data (402) is the data uploaded in the user profile by the user (400). The user profile includes at least one of user name, user preferences, user location, user activity history, user demographic information, user contact information and user graphic symbol.

As per detailed embodiment of the present invention, the user specific data (402) is stored within the database (200) of the system (100).

As per another embodiment of the present invention is to provide the system (100) for generating motion graphics, wherein the system (100) being capable of customization by user (400) in the stock motion graphics templates and blank motion graphics templates in terms of animation, typography, audio and visual elements in real-time.

As per the detailed embodiment of the present invention, the customization of the motion graphics can be done by user by providing instructions via the access device (401), the user interface (304) being capable of displaying the customization in real-time.

As per the detailed embodiment of the present invention, the customization of the motion graphics can be in terms of animation, which can include but not limited to plurality of movement of an element in the generated motion graphics.

As per the detailed embodiment of the present invention, the customization of the motion graphics can be in terms of typography, which can include but not limited to plurality of typeface, fonts, font size, line length, line spacing, kerning, tracking, colour.

As per the detailed embodiment of the present invention, the customization of the motion graphics can be in terms of audio and visual elements, which can include but not limited to plurality of music, voiceover, images, illustrations, logos, icons, colour schemes.

As per another embodiment of the present invention is to provide the system (100) for generating motion graphics, wherein the processor (301) being capable of exporting the personalized motion graphics to the access device (401) for sharing or storing.

As per the detailed embodiment of the present invention, the processor (301) being capable of exporting the personalized motion graphics in a plurality of file formats, which can be stored in the access device (401).

As per the detailed embodiment of the present invention, the processor (301) being capable of exporting the personalized motion graphics in a plurality of file formats, which can be shared directly from the system (100) to the social media platforms.

As per another embodiment of the present invention is to provide a system (100) for generating motion graphics, wherein the user can import audio and visual elements from the access device (401) to the system (100).

As per the detailed embodiment of the present invention, the user (400) can upload audio and visual elements from the access device (401) in to the system (100) via user interface (304). The user interface (304) being capable of provide a pathway to the database (200) for storing the uploaded audio and visual elements.

As per another embodiment of the present invention is to provide a system (100) for generating motion graphics, wherein the processor (301) being capable of searching the stock motion graphics templates through keyword search within the database (200).

As per detailed embodiment of the present invention, the user interface (304) being capable of providing keyword search bar for searching stock motion graphics template within the database (200). For example, the user can search for the keywords “festival”, the system displays the stock motion graphics, which has the words “festival in its description.

As per another embodiment of the present invention is to provide a system (100) for generating motion graphics, wherein the processor (301) being capable of searching animation, typography, audio and visual elements through keyword search within the database (200).

As per detailed embodiment of the present invention, the user interface (304) being capable of providing keyword search bar for searching animation, typography, audio and visual elements within the database.

As per another embodiment of the present invention is to provide a system (100) for generating motion graphics, wherein the system (100) being capable of presenting a history-driven preference listing of motion graphics.

As per detailed embodiment of the present invention, the system (100) being capable of generating history-driven list of stock motion graphics. The history-driven list can be based on the use of some of the elements more frequently, preferred colour scheme, preferred branding kit.

As per another embodiment of the present invention is to provide a system (100) for generating motion graphics, wherein the system (100) comprises a user interface (304) to access the features of the system (100) through cloud networking (303) via the access device (401).

As per detailed embodiment of the present invention, the system (100) can be accessed by the user (100) via the access device (401) through menu options in the user interface (304).

As per detailed embodiment of the present invention, the system (100) can be accessed by the user (100) via the access device (401) through internet connection. The internet connection in the access device (401) can be wired or wireless network connection.

As per detailed embodiment of the present invention, the system (100) can be accessed by the user (100) by authorizing their unique login details specific to the user profile.

As per another embodiment of the present invention, embodiment of the present invention is to provide a process for generating motion graphic. The process for generating motion graphics comprises the following steps:

a. searching the stock motion graphics template with keyword (1001) search;
b. selecting the stock motion graphics (1002) or blank motion graphics (1001a) from the database (200);
c. inserting the user specific data (402) automatically (1003) to the selected motion graphics to make the motion graphics personalized;
d. customization of the personalized motion graphics (1004) in terms of animation, typography, audio and visual elements in real-time by the user in real-time via processor (301) and graphics processor (302); said step can be skipped if no further customization is needed;
e. adapting resolution and rendering of the personalized motion graphics (1005) as per the specifications of the access device (401) via the processor (301) and the graphics processor (302);
f. Sharing the rendered personalized motion graphics by exporting the personalized motion graphics (1006) to the access device (401) for storing or sharing directly to social media platforms (1006a).

All the embodiments of the present invention further explained through drawings for the better understanding of the invention. Fig. 1 of the present invention illustrates the block diagram of a system (100) for generating motion graphics. The system (100) for generating motion graphics comprising a database (200) of motion graphics templates, animations, typography, and audio-visual elements, wherein said motion graphics templates can be either blank motion graphics templates or stock motion graphics templates, said database (200) being stored in a plurality of memory units (300); a processor (301) capable of receiving user-specific data (402) from a user profile in the system (100) and executing instructions received from a user (400) via an access device (401); wherein the processor (301) is capable of automatically inserting the user-specific data (402) into the selected motion graphics from the database (200), and a graphics processor (302) in two-way communication with the processor (301) is capable of rendering the motion graphics and adapting the resolution based on the specifications of the access device (401).

Fig 2 of the present invention illustrates the process for generating motion graphics. The process for generating motion graphics comprises the following steps: searching the stock motion graphics template with keyword (1001) search; selecting the stock motion graphics (1002) or blank motion graphics (1001a) from the database (200); inserting the user specific data (402) automatically (1003) to the selected motion graphics to make the motion graphics personalized; customization of the personalized motion graphics (1004) in terms of animation, typography, audio, and visual elements in real-time by the user via processor (301) and graphics processor (302), said step being optional if no further customization is needed; adapting resolution and rendering of the personalized motion graphics (1005) as per the specifications of the access device (401) via the processor (301) and the graphics processor (302); sharing the rendered personalized motion graphics by exporting the personalized motion graphics (1006) to the access device (401) for storing or sharing directly to social media platforms (1006a).

Without further description, it is believed that one of ordinary skill in the art can, using the preceding description and the illustrative examples, make and utilize the present invention and practice the claimed methods. It should be understood that the foregoing discussion and examples merely present a detailed description of certain preferred embodiments. It will be apparent to those of ordinary skill in the art that various modifications and equivalents can be made without departing from the scope of the invention.

1. A system (100) for generating motion graphics comprising:

a database (200) of motion graphics templates, animations, typography, and audio-visual elements; said motion graphics templates can be blank motion graphics template or stock motion graphics templates; said database (200) is stored in a plurality of memory unit (300);

a processor (301) being capable of receiving a user specific data (402) from the user profile in the system (100); said processor (301) being capable of executing instructions received from a user (400) via an access device (401);

the processor (301) being capable of inserting the user specific data (402) automatically to the selected motion graphics from the database (200); a graphics processor (302) in two-way communication with the processor (301) being capable of rendering the motion graphics and adapting the resolution based on the specifications of the access device (401).

2. A system (100) for generating motion graphics as claimed in claim 1, wherein the user specific data (402) includes at least one of user name, user preferences, user location, user activity history, user demographic information, user contact information and user graphic symbol.

3. A system (100) for generating motion graphics as claimed in claim 1, wherein the system (100) being capable of customization by user (400) in the stock motion graphics templates and blank motion graphics templates in terms of animation, typography, audio and visual elements in real-time.

4. A system (100) for generating motion graphics as claimed in claim 1, wherein the processor (301) being capable of exporting the personalized motion graphics to the access device (401) for sharing or storing.

5. A system (100) for generating motion graphics as claimed in claim 1, wherein the user can import audio and visual elements from the access device (401) to the system (100).

6. A system (100) for generating motion graphics as claimed in claim 1, wherein the processor (301) being capable of searching the stock motion graphics templates through keyword search within the database (200).

7. A system (100) for generating motion graphics as claimed in claim 1, wherein the processor (301) being capable of searching animation, typography, audio and visual elements through keyword search within the database (200).

8. A system (100) for generating motion graphics as claimed in claim 1, wherein the system (100) being capable of presenting a history-driven preference listing of motion graphics.

9. A system (100) for generating motion graphics as claimed in claim 1, wherein the system (100) comprises a user interface (304) to access the features of the system (100) through cloud networking (303) via the access device (401).

10. The process for generating motion graphics comprises the following steps:

a. searching the stock motion graphics template with keyword (1001) search;
b. selecting the stock motion graphics (1002) or blank motion graphics (1001a) from the database (200);
c. inserting the user specific data (402) automatically (1003) to the selected motion graphics to make the motion graphics personalized;
d. customization of the personalized motion graphics (1004) in terms of animation, typography, audio and visual elements in real-time by the user in real-time via processor (301) and graphics processor (302); said step can be skipped if no further customization is needed;
e. adapting resolution and rendering of the personalized motion graphics (1005) as per the specifications of the access device (401) via the processor (301) and the graphics processor (302);
f. Sharing the rendered personalized motion graphics by exporting the personalized motion graphics (1006) to the access device (401) for storing or sharing directly to social media platforms (1006a).
