The following specification particularly describes the invention and the manner in which it is to be performed.

The invention relates to a bag having a carrying compartment, as well as a kit comprising such a bag, a hitting bat and a ball.

It applies in particular to kits whose bag allows the wearer to carry their equipment in order to play recreational cricket, said equipment including in particular at least one hitting bat and a ball.

To be able to play cricket, the wearer also needs at least one stump which can be materialized by default by means of an external accessory such as a stone or a chair, or be carried more satisfactorily in the bag.

However, the size required for a stump requires a significant dimensioning of the bag to transport it, which is not satisfactory in terms of ergonomics, particularly for casual transport on the back.

The invention aims to improve the prior art by proposing in particular a transport bag which can be transformed in a simple manner from a carrying configuration into a stably erected configuration to be able to form, for example, a cricket stump.

To this end, and according to a first aspect, the invention proposes a bag formed of two structural panels, respectively front and rear, having first means of reversible association in a configuration forming between them a shell delimiting an interior carrying compartment, the rear panel having two parts, respectively upper and lower, which are connected by a foldable hinge arranged to allow the relative arrangement of said parts between an aligned position for forming the shell and an inclined position, the upper part and the front panel having second reversible association means in a configuration in which the parts are held in an inclined position with the front panel in an erected position, the inclined lower part being arranged to be able to be placed on a support in order to transform the bag into a front panel which is erected in a stable manner on said support.

According to a second aspect, the invention proposes a kit comprising such a bag, a hitting bat and a ball, the compartment being arranged for carrying said bat and said bag transformed into an erected front panel forming a stable playing stump.

Other particularities and advantages of the invention will appear in the description which follows, made with reference to the appended figures, in which:
[Fig.1] shows in perspective a kit comprising a bag, a hitting bat and a ball according to one embodiment of the invention, said bag being in carrying configuration;
[Fig.2] represents a step of separating the components of the kit according to Figure 1;
[Fig.3]
[Fig.4], and
[Fig.5] respectively represents a step of transformation of the bag according to the previous figures, from its carrying configuration to a configuration erected in a stable manner to be able to form a cricket stump;
[Fig.6] is a representation similar to that of Figure 1, in which the bag is in an erected configuration.

In relation to these figures, we describe below a carrying bag 1 intended in particular to be integrated into a kit further comprising a hitting bat 2 and a ball 3.

In a particular application, the kit allows the wearer to be able to transport his equipment to be able to play recreational cricket.

In addition, the kit may include other accessories for playing cricket, such as bails, and/or the bag may allow the transport of other types of accessories for the wearer.

In the embodiment shown, the bag 1 includes a strap 4 for carrying it on one shoulder. Alternatively, two carrying straps on the back or a hand carrying handle can be provided.

The bag 1 is formed of two structural panels, respectively front 5 and rear 6, presenting first means 7 of reversible association in a configuration forming between them a shell delimiting an interior compartment 8 for carrying (Figures 1 and 2).

In the description, the terms of positioning in space are taken in relation to the carrying position of the bag 1, namely in particular front and rear for a location respectively distant and close to the wearer, and left, right, upper and lower by report to said wearer.

In particular, the compartment 8 is arranged for carrying the hitting bat 2, the strap 4 being equipped with a pocket 9 for storing the ball 3. Figures 1 and 2 represent an embodiment in which the bat 2 is arranged in the compartment 8 with its handle 2aprotruding, said compartment comprising a means of reversibly attaching the bat 2 when it is being carried, in particular in the form of a hook-and-loop strip 10 which can be tightened around the handle 2a.

Advantageously for their manufacture, the front 5 and rear 6 panels have a similar exterior geometry, in particular quadrilateral, forming between them a shell of quadrilateral section between an upper opening 11 for inserting the bat 2 and a lower bottom 12 closed.

To do this, each panel 5, 6 comprises a wall respectively front 5a and rear 6a, at least one of said panels having flaps respectively left 5g, 6g and right 5d, 6d which are equipped with first means 7 for reversible association with the other panel 5, 6 by forming a shell of quadrilateral section between the walls 5a, 6a and the flaps 5g, 6g, 5d, 6d.

In the embodiment shown, each of the panels 5, 6 has respectively left flaps 5g, 6g and right flaps 5d, 6d which are equipped with first means 7 for reversible association with the corresponding flap 5g, 6g, 5d, 6d of the other panel 5, 6.

In particular, the left flaps 5g, 6g – respectively right flaps 5d, 6d – are superimposed to form the corresponding sides of the shell. Furthermore, the left flaps 5g, 6g – respectively right flaps 5d, 6d – superimposed have an internal face and an external face arranged facing each other, said faces being equipped with first association means 7, for example in the form of a hook-and-loop strip.

The rear panel 6 has two parts, respectively upper 6s and lower 6i, which are connected by a foldable hinge 13 arranged to allow the relative arrangement of said parts between an aligned position for forming the shell (Figures 1 to 3) and an inclined position (figures 4 to 6).

According to one embodiment, the panels 5, 6 can be made of a material allowing hinges 13 to be formed in one piece, in particular by compression of said panel on a folding line. In particular, the panels 5, 6 can be formed by a combination of layers of polymer and/or textile material,in order to facilitate the manufacture of the bag 1 but also to produce a light and strong bag 1.

The bottom 12 of the bag 1 shown connects at least a portion of the lower edges of the lower part 6i and of the front panel 5, the upper edges of the upper part 6s and of said front panel being separated to form the opening 11 for access to the compartment 8 for carrying. Furthermore, the strap 4 has a lower end linked to the rear panel 5 at the level of the hinge 13, and an upper end linked to the upper edge of the upper part 6s at the level of the opening 11.

The upper part 6s and the front panel 5 have second means 14 for reversible association in a configuration in which the parts 6s, 6i are held in an inclined position with the front panel 5 in the erect position. Furthermore, as shown in Figure 6, the inclined lower part 5i is arranged to be able to be placed on a support, in particular on the ground, in order to transform the bag 1 into a front panel 5 which is erected in a stable manner on said support.

It is thus particularly simple to transform the bag 1 into a front panel 5 erected to form a stable stump 17 for playing, particularly for cricket, in particular without the need to carry a specific accessory. In addition, the configuration of the bag 1 allows sizing and stability of the front panel 5 which are particularly suitable for its use as a cricket stump 17.

According to the embodiment shown, a second foldable hinge 15 is formed between the lower edge of the lower part 6i and the bottom 12, in particular by being formed between said bottom and the rear wall 6a.

The second hinge 15 is arranged to allow the relative arrangement of the lower part 6i relative to the bottom 12 between an erect position for forming the shell and an aligned position when said lower part is in an inclined position relative to the upper part 6s. Thus, the positioning on the ground of the inclined lower part 6i, in particular in the extension of the bottom 12, is optimized relative to the stability of the stump 17.

Advantageously, at least one flap 5g, 6g, 5d, 6d is connected to an edge of the corresponding wall 5a, 6a by a foldable hinge 16 which is arranged to allow the relative arrangement of said flap relative to said wall between a folded position for forming the shell and an aligned position for transformation of the bag 1 into an erected front panel 5.

Furthermore, the bag 1 shown has a lower part 6i which is equipped with a portion of left flap 6g and a portion of right flap 6d, said portions being connected by the hinge 16 to respectively left and right flap portions of the upper part 6s.

The front panel 5 has a rear face which is equipped with second means 14 for associating the upper part 6s on it, said second association means being in particular provided at a distance from the upper edge of said front panel which is arranged to induce the folding of the parts 6s, 6i.

To improve the ergonomics of forming the stump 17, the upper part 6s has an upper edge which is equipped with second association means 14, said second association means being able to cooperate by relative sliding towards a locking position. In particular, the second association means 14 can be provided in the extension of the strap 4 to be able to be operated manually by means of it (figure 5).

In relation to the figures, after removing his bag 1, the wearer can detach the hitting bat 2 and recover the ball 3 (figure 2), then detach the flaps 5g,5d, 6g, 6d (figure 3) to be able to fold the lower part 6i in the inclined position (Figure 4). Then, the engagement of the second association means 14 (figure 5) makes it possible to benefit from a stable play stump 17 formed by the front panel 5 in the erect position which is held by the folded rear panel 6 (figure 6). , Claims:We Claim:
