Abstract: A train information management device (20) comprises: a calculation unit (21) that calculates a first travel position of a train (10) on the basis of the rotating speed of a wheel of the train (10); a ground unit information reception unit (22) that receives information from a ground unit; an on board communication unit (23) that communicates with a base station (40) installed on the ground to acquire identification information of the base station (40); a storage unit (24) that stores information of a combination of information of a specific ground unit being passed by when the train (10) has passed through the specific ground unit which is a prescribed ground unit the identification information of the base station (40) with which the on board communication unit (23) communicates and information of a second travel position of the train (10); and a correction control unit (25) that corrects the first travel position with the second travel position by using the information of the combination when the train (10) has passed through the specific ground unit during an operation in which the train (10) does not stop at a station at a defined frequency.
