Power Conversion Device

Abstract: A power conversion device (1) comprises: a plurality of power units (11 21); a plurality of fans (46 47) that generate the flow of air passing through the power units (11 21); and a chassis (40) that houses the plurality of power units (11 21) and the plurality of fans (46 47). The power conversion device (1) further comprises a plurality of thermally conductive bases (51 61) and a plurality of coolers (50 60) that are thermally connected to the bases (51 61) and provided outside the chassis (40) at positions sandwiching the chassis (40) in a horizontal direction. A plurality of capacitors (FC11 FC12 FC21 FC22) possessed by the power units (11 21) are arranged with a space therebetween in a direction apart from principal surfaces of the bases (51 61).
