System For Regulating Classification Of Material From Vibrating Screening Equipment

Abstract: Present disclosure discloses a system (100) for regulating classification of material from a vibrating screening equipment (1). The system comprising at least one screen (4) positioned downstream of a feed hopper (2). The system further comprising an actuator (9) coupled to the at least one screen (4). The actuator (9) is configured to selectively vibrate the at least one screen. Furthermore, the system comprising at least one sensor (200) configured to sense at least one characteristics of the material including a type of the material and feed size characteristics of the material. In addition, the system comprising a control unit (300) configured to determine at least one characteristics of the material based on signal received from the at least one sensor. The control unit operates the actuator for vibrating at least one screen in at least one pattern, based on determined characteristics of the material, to classify the material.
