Abstract: The present invention relates to a fire-resistant drone equipped with a cooling system and a camera with face recognition technology. The drone is made up of Aramid Fiber, a material that resists high temperatures up to 800 to 1000 degrees Celsius. The quadcopter drone is designed to pass through fire and operate in harsh environments. The drone's cooling system enables it to function in high-temperature conditions while preventing the electronic components from overheating. The drone has a camera with a lens made up of heat-resistant glass that allows it to capture images and videos without any damage. The camera is also equipped with a face recognition system, which enables the drone to recognize individuals and capture their images in real time. This technology will be useful for surveillance, security, and rescue operations in hazardous environments.
Description:Patent: - IN201911052235
Titled: - FIRE FIGHTING DRONE
Disclosure: - A drone system consisting of transmitters, base plate, propellers, nozzle, pipes, and extinguisher which extinguishes fire at a height and fire-affected area which is even inaccessible for fire brigade capacity with a continuous and uninterrupted flow of water and power supply.
Problem: -
Above patent describes a very useful drone system to fight against fire but the system lacks installation of camera and the materials it is made up of are not fully fire resistant and this drone is easily caught fire when the drone comes in contact.
Solution: -
In our new innovative product, we have installed camera surveillance system which will clearly detect humans and animals who are in need of rescue. Our entire drone is made up of aramid fiber which withstand fire and temperatures upto 800 to 1000 degrees of celsius. Having a cooling system inside helps to operate on very high temperatures.
Patent: - IN202241024037
Titled: - Design and Development of Heavy Drone for Fire Fighting Operation
Disclosure: - A firefighter-heavy drone device consisting of a propulsion system, fluid supply pipe, movement, and propulsion controller to put out the fire from the pipe positioned inside the main duct. It supplies the UAV with electricity and water through the tether. The ground control unit commands the system within proximity reach.
Problem: -
The above patent provides a large and heavy body type which will prevent to fly at heights as it has multiple propellers. The duct will surely get damaged when exposed to fire. This drone lacks face recognition system.
Solution: -
In the invention that we have created is made of a special material called aramid fiber, which is a type of fiber with high strength and heat resistance, a cooling system prevents overheating. We have Artificial Intelligence powered recognition which would not only provide human recognition but also ensures the recognition of animals as well. The light weight body can easily help the drone to rise at maximum height.
Patent: - CN111672049
Titled: - FIRE-FIGHTING DRONE CONTROL SYSTEM AND FIRE EXTINGUISHING METHOD
Disclosure: - A fire-fighting drone comprising rope winding, thrower, load crawling which controls the rope to connect to the higher end of a building and the other end of the rope is fixed to the ground. This system also has a fire extinguisher. This whole process is made to ensure the safety of firemen in the process of fighting against fire.
Problem: -
The above patent provides a innovative roping system that would help the firemen to climb but it does not ensure the safety as the rope is most likely to catch fire and would break. Further this system fails to detect fire as it does not have the recognition to scan the area.
Solution: -
Our invention ensures the safety as the drone is equipped with a camera with a face recognition system, which can be used for surveillance and reconnaissance purposes. The aramid fiber is a substance which is not only incredibly strong and fire resistant, but also it is abrasion resistant and chemically inert making it strong enough to pass through fire. Our advanced camera system makes it well-suited for use in hazardous situations, such as fighting fires or monitoring industrial processes where high temperatures are present.
Patent: - WO2022049586
Titled: - A SYSTEM FOR DRONE STABILIZATION, WITH IMPROVED FLIGHT SAFETY
Disclosure: - A flight safety drone system that checks the balancing of loading by receiving signals from sensors like gyroscopes and also from unbalancing load-triggering components. It is a multi-propeller drone to stabilize the unbalancing components through planned in-flight operations.
Problem: -
The above multi propeller drone patent is very useful for balancing the loads but it does not work under rising heat and cannot detect any fire signals. This drone is not resistant to fire and would certainly fail
Solution: -
Out patent is a fire-resistant quadcopter drone that is capable of withstanding high temperatures up to 800 to 1000 degrees Celsius and its aramid material will not catch fire. Further the camera lens is protected with special heat resistant glass. Our drone has the capability to detect humans and animals who are in need of rescue as it has face recognition system. , Claims:We claim
1. The body of the drone is made sturdy and completely fire resistant using aramid fiber. The fiber is a substance which is not only incredibly strong and fire resistant, it is also abrasion resistant and chemically inert, making it perfect for use on a fire rescue operation. The maintenance cost is very low, and the drone is usable for multiple incidents, before it is rendered dysfunctional.
2. The internal electronic components of the drone is protected from intense heat by using a small cooling system. This is to ensure the longevity of the drone and let it function optimally in high temperatures. The cooling system is lightweight than other drone which are available in market and is secured such that it is leakage proof.
3. The drone is being equipped with a camera that shows live footage from the area of the incident, to the person operating the drone remotely. Using machine learning, we are able to allow the video to be processed such that the drone can identify and distinguish between living organisms, such as animals and humans. We have also added facial recognition which allows victims to be identified on spot.
4. Our drone is much cost efficient compared to existing drones and provides the maximum number of features possible. There are next to no maintenance charges for the users and it is designed for multiple uses before it will require any serious care.
5. The drone is made customisable, and given the right modifications it is able to operate not just in fire accidents but also other natural disasters and incidents, such as floods, earthquakes and so on.
