Nano Clear: Universal Anti Fog Technology For Eyewear

Abstract: The current invention describes a novel and effective anti-fog solution for eyewear. This anti-fog solution is intended to prevent fogging in eyewear regardless of the environmental conditions that are present. The invention entails applying an unique anti-fog film made up of photoinitiator, water, preproteinoid, and PEGDA400 onto the lenses of eyewear constructed from glass, fibre, or advanced materials. The film prevents fogging by acting as a barrier between moisture and the lens surface. This film creates a layer that is both see-through and long-lasting. Additionally, it greatly lowers the surface tension of the water and prevents condensation, all of which contribute to clear vision. The anti-fog film is attached to the lenses of the eyewear system, which also includes a durable yet lightweight frame for the spectacles. This frame was developed to provide the wearer with maximum comfort. The frame has components that are changeable so that it can fit a variety of different face shapes and kinds of eyewear, hence improving the user experience. Additionally, the invention includes a one-of-a-kind manufacturing procedure that applies the anti-fog film throughout the lens production process. This method ensures that the film is applied evenly and adheres to the lens properly. This innovation represents a huge step forward in the development of eyeglasses. It provides a workable and dependable answer to the ongoing problem of fogging, which ultimately enhances users' sense of security and sight in their surroundings.

Specification

Description:A ground-breaking eyewear solution that can be broken down into three fundamental pieces is included in the innovation that is detailed in the image that has been provided. To begin, the solid Spectacle Frame (101) offers the eyewear's basic strength and structure, which in turn ensures the wearer's stability and comfort while wearing the eyewear. Second, the section labelled "Glass/Fiber and Anti-Fog Film (102)" provides an overview of sophisticated lenses that are constructed from specific materials such as glass or fibre. These lenses have been given a treatment with a cutting-edge anti-fog coating that consists of a one-of-a-kind combination of photoinitiator, water, preproteinoid, and PEGDA400. When applied to the lenses, this anti-fog film creates a coating that is completely see-through and highly effective at preventing fogging. It is possible to see clearly in difficult conditions thanks to the composition of the film, which works by lowering surface tension, avoiding the formation of condensation, and assuring clear vision. This ingenious solution addresses the ongoing problem of fogging in eyewear, which improves both the wearer's safety and visibility. This eyewear design marks a huge leap forward in the industry since it combines a sturdy frame, specialised lenses, and the superior anti-fog coating. As a result, it offers wearers unrivalled clarity and comfort regardless of the environment they find themselves in. , Claims:We Claim:
1. A method for preventing fogging in eyewear, comprising:
Applying a specialized anti-fog film onto eyewear lenses, said film comprising photoinitiator, water, preproteinoid, and PEGDA400. Forming a transparent and durable layer on the lenses, reducing surface tension and preventing condensation, thereby ensuring clear vision in varying environmental conditions.

2. The eyewear as claimed in claim 1, wherein:
The specialized anti-fog film is uniformly applied to the lenses made from glass, fiber, or other advanced materials. The anti-fog film composition is optimized to maintain its effectiveness over time, ensuring long-lasting fog prevention.

3. A spectacle frame designed to support lenses treated with an anti-fog film, the frame comprising:
Sturdy and lightweight materials ensuring optimal comfort for the wearer. A secure mounting mechanism for attaching lenses treated with the specialized anti-fog film, facilitating ease of use and maintenance.
4. The eyewear system as claimed in claim 3, further comprising:
Adjustable features within the spectacle frame to accommodate various face shapes and sizes, ensuring a secure fit and enhanced user experience. Compatibility with different styles and designs of eyewear, allowing for customization based on user preferences.

5. A novel composition for the anti-fog film used in claim 1, wherein:
The photoinitiator, water, preproteinoid, and PEGDA400 are combined in precise ratios to achieve optimal anti-fog properties. The composition undergoes a specialized manufacturing process ensuring consistency and quality, resulting in a highly effective anti-fog solution.

6. A method of manufacturing eyewear lenses with integrated anti-fog properties, comprising:
Applying the specialized anti-fog film during the lens production process, ensuring uniform coverage and adherence. Implementing quality control measures to verify the effectiveness of the anti-fog film, guaranteeing reliable fog prevention for end-users. These patent claims establish the unique features and methods encompassed by the invention, safeguarding the innovative approach to preventing fogging in eyewear.
