Coil Weighing System

Abstract: A coil weighing system (200) comprises a support member (202), a lifting device (204), and a digital weighing device (206). The lifting device (204) is coupled with a first end of the support member (202) and configured to move a plurality of coils (222) to a predefined height. The digital weighing device (206) is configured with a second end of the support member (202). The digital weighing device (206) is configured to measure weight of the plurality of coils (222) connected to the digital weighing device (206) when the plurality of coils (222) is moved to the predefined height. An outer diameter of each of the plurality of coils (222) ranges up to 700 mm. [Figs. 2-3]
