Abstract: TITLE: “A COLD ROLLED ELECTRICAL STEEL SHEET AND A METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THEREOF” ABSTRACT The present disclosure discloses a method for manufacturing a cold rolled electrical steel sheet. The method includes casting a steel ingot of desired composition, heating to a first predetermined temperature. Further, the steel may be subjected to a first hot working process. After, the first hot working process the steel plate may be subjected to reheating to a second predetermined temperature for a first predetermined time. After heating, the steel ingot is subjected to a second hot working process to form a steel sheet. Further, the steel sheet is subjected to cooling to a fourth predetermined temperature at a predetermined cooling rate and subject it to coiling process. Further, the steel sheet is subjected to cold rolling. Furthermore, the steel sheet is annealed to a fifth predetermined temperature. Thus, obtaining the cold rolled non-oriented electrical steel sheet that is, electrical steel sheet exhibiting non-Goss type orientation with recrystallized ferritic microstructure.
