Coke Breeze Blend, Sinter Mix, Iron Ore Sinter And Methods Of Preparation Thereof

Abstract: “COKE BREEZE BLEND, SINTER MIX, IRON ORE SINTER AND METHODS OF PREPARATION THEREOF” ABSTRACT The present disclosure relates to a coke breeze blend for preparing iron ore sinter, corresponding sinter mix and iron ore sinter thereof. The disclosure also provides methods for preparing said coke breeze blend and sinter mix, and a sintering method for iron ore sinter preparation. The coke breeze blend comprises a composite catalyst doped in coke breeze which when used as sinter fuel provide advantages in improving the overall efficiency of iron ore sintering process by reducing the overall fuel consumption along with improving physical and metallurgical properties of the obtained sinter and reducing the total carbon demand of the sintering process.
