Abstract: TITLE: “A LOW ALLOY CORROSION RESISTANT NON-STAINLESS ULTRA-HIGH-STRENGTH STEEL AND A METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THEREOF” ABSTRACT The present disclosure discloses a low alloy corrosion resistant non-stainless ultra-high-strength steel, comprising an alloying composition in weight % (wt.%) of: Carbon (C) in range of 0.25% - 0.35%, Manganese (Mn) in range of 1.8% - 2.2%, Sulphur (S) in range of 0.001-0.01%, Silicon (Si) in range of 0.2%-1%, Phosphorus (P) in range of 0.01%-0.02%,Aluminium (Al) in range of 0.05-0.85%, Boron (B) in range of 0.0002%-0.001%, Chromium (Cr) in range of 0.2%-0.9%, Zirconium (Zr) up to 0.03%, Copper (Cu) in range of 0.1-0.6%, Molybdenum (Mo) in range of 0.1%-0.4%, Vanadium (V) in range of 0.001%-0.07%, Niobium (Nb) in range of 0.001%-0.07%, Nickel (Ni) in range of 0.001%-0.5%, Titanium (Ti) in range of 0.001% - 0.07%, Nitrogen (N) in range of 10-120 ppm, and balance being iron and incidental impurities. The low alloy corrosion resistant non-stainless ultra-high-strength steel comprises a fine-grained martensitic micro-structure. Fig. 5
