Abstract: METHOD FOR EARLY INDICATION OF HEARTH DUALITY IN BLAST FURNACE AND SYSTEM THEREOF ABSTRACT Present invention discloses method and system for 5 early indication of hearth duality in blast furnace. Method comprising receiving bosch region parameters, hearth region parameters, and casting and metal slag chemistry parameters associated with a blast furnace. Thereafter, method comprising performing an anomaly identification for each parameter and each of a predefined combination of parameters within the bosch region parameters, the hearth region parameters, 10 and the casting and metal slag chemistry parameters using an anomaly detection technique. Subsequently, method comprising determining whether certain number of parameters and the predefined combination of the parameters showing anomaly exceed an associated pre-defined threshold number to obtain a first output value and determining whether the predefined combination of parameters show anomaly using a classification technique to obtain a second 15 output value. Lastly, method comprising comparing the first output value and the second output value, and determining early indication of the hearth duality based on comparison. Fig. 1
