A Contract Management System, And Method Thereof
Abstract: ABSTRACT “A CONTRACT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM, AND METHOD THEREOF” Disclosed herein is a contract management system (CMS, 102) and a method thereof that transmutes contracts into structured data formats that are conducive to automated liability detection and risk quantification, powered by transformers models of AI powered OCR technologies. In particular, the CMS (102) extracts a plurality of contract-related keywords from a plurality of documents (104) received from a plurality of data sources and associated with a contract. Upon extraction, the CMS (102) categorizes each document into a category associated with contracts and validates the categorization by using a contract domain ontology (208). The CMS (102) further employs a pre-trained model to identify deviations between contract terms and on-ground activities and raises alerts based on the identified deviations. [Figure 1]
