A System To Produce Briquettes For Steel Manufacturing Plant And A Method Thereof
Abstract: A SYSTEM TO PRODUCE BRIQUETTES FOR STEEL MANUFACTURING PLANTS AND A METHOD THEREOF ABSTRACT 5 A system (100) to produce briquettes for steel manufacturing plants is disclosed. The system (100) includes a first storage section (102) and a pump (108) for regulating a feed of a first sludge. A second storage section (104) and a first conveyor (106) regulate a feed rate of a first mixture. A loss in weigh conveyor (116) regulates a feed 10 of a binder forming material. The system (100) includes a controller (126) coupled with the pump (108), the first conveyor (106), and the loss in weigh conveyor (116). The controller (126) is configured to determine a composition of a homogenous mixture. The controller (126) operates the pump (108), the first conveyor (106), and the loss in weigh conveyor (116) to regulate the feed of the sludge, the first mixture, and the 15 binder forming material. The controller (126) operates a mixer (118) to produce briquettes. FIGURE 1 is the representative figure.
